PAID ACCOUNTS
Fees: seorush offers fee-based seorush Services that provide additional features and functionality. Pricing and services for paid accounts are described on seorush’s Services pricing page and may be updated from time to time. If you sign up for a paid account, you agree to pay seorush all applicable fees for the tier of seorush Services according to your selection. All payments of Subscription fees are non-refundable.We reserve the right to change prices for Subscriptions at any time, and do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of promotions or price decreases.
Subscriptions
Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or seorush cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page. A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide seorush with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize seorush to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. seorush may suspend or terminate the Services if Fees are past due. Unpaid Fees are subject to a finance charge of (2.5%) per month (30% per annum), or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower, plus all expenses of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Downgrades. seorush reserves the right to downgrade, suspend or terminate Customer’s access to any or all seorush Services if Fees are past due. If you downgrade or cancel your subscription, you will enjoy the benefits of your current subscription until the expiration of the current subscription period for which you have paid, and Your subscription benefits will downgrade or expire at the end of the current subscription period.

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by seorush. seorush has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites. You acknowledge and agree that seorush shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. Customer Services. seorush shall have no liability for any Customer product or service accessed through or making use of the seorush Services or any end user, customer or Personnel’s use thereof (“Customer Service”). Customer shall not use the seorush Services in any manner implying any partnership with, sponsorship by, or endorsement of the Customer Service by seorush. Customer shall not suggest or imply that seorush is the author of or otherwise responsible for the views or content of the Customer Service. The seorush Services shall not be used in connection with any Prohibited Content, or any activities where the use or failure of the seorush Services could lead to death, personal injury or property or environmental damage or adversely impact or impose liability on seorush in any manner.

It is your sole responsibility to periodically review billing information provided by seorush through the user billing tool or through other methods of communication, including notices sent or posted by seorush.
Arbitration
By using the Services, you hereby submit to the Dresden-Germany court in connection with any dispute relating to, concerning or arising out of this Agreement. Payment of all filing, administrative and arbitrator fees will be governed by the Dresden-Germany rules, unless otherwise stated in this paragraph. The arbitration before the Dresden court shall proceed solely on an individual basis without the right for any claims to be arbitrated on a class action basis or on bases involving claims brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of others. The Germany low Act governs all arbitration under this paragraph. All decisions rendered by the arbitrator will be binding and final. The arbitrator’s award is final and binding on all parties. The arbitrator’s authority to resolve and make written awards is limited to claims between you and seorush alone. Claims may not be joined or consolidated unless agreed to in writing by all parties. No arbitration award or decision will have any preclusive effect as to issues or claims in any dispute with anyone who is not a named party to the arbitration. If you initiate litigation or any other proceeding against seorush in violation of this paragraph, you agree to pay seorush’s reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in connection with our enforcement of this paragraph.

These Terms are subject to occasional revision, seorush may modify, add, or delete portions of this Agreement at any time without notice.You agree to any modification to this Agreement by continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any such modification. seorush reserves the right to modify, change or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
